Payment Policy
This Payment Policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases for MathTab, operated by MathLab Institute Pvt. Ltd. By making a payment, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of use and Privacy policy.
1. Plans and pricing
MathTab offers subscription plans for access to interactive learning content, videos, practice, and related features for Classes 6–10 (or as shown on our website or app at the time of purchase). Plan names, duration, benefits, and prices are displayed before you pay. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
2. Payment methods and processing
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways we may use. Razorpay supports methods such as credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets, subject to availability and Razorpay’s terms.
- When you pay, you may be redirected to Razorpay’s hosted checkout or embedded payment flow. Your payment is subject to Razorpay’s policies and your bank or card issuer’s terms.
- We receive confirmation from the payment provider and grant access after successful verification. A confirmation is typically sent to your registered email.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and ensuring sufficient funds or limits for the chosen method.
3. Subscription period and access
Your subscription is valid for the period stated at purchase (for example, monthly or annual, as applicable). You receive access to the features included in your plan for that active period. If a plan renews automatically, renewal terms and price will be shown before you confirm or in your account, as applicable.
4. Automatic renewal
Where a plan is sold as recurring, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We or our payment partner may send reminders where configured. You can cancel renewal through your account settings in the MathTab app or website, or by contacting support before the next charge.
5. Taxes and currency
Displayed prices may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes (such as GST) as indicated at checkout. If you pay in a currency other than INR, your bank may apply conversion rates or fees.
6. Failed or declined payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or downgrade access until payment succeeds. Repeated failures may result in account restrictions as described in our Terms of use.
7. Invoices and records
Transaction receipts or tax invoices may be emailed to you or available in your account, depending on the product flow. Retain these for your records.
8. Cancellation of subscription (billing)
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund past charges. You generally retain access until the end of the current paid period. For eligibility and timelines for refunds, see our Refund policy.
9. Changes to plans or prices
We may change plan features or prices. Where required, we will give notice (for example by email or in-app) before new prices apply to renewals. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance of new terms for subsequent periods.
10. Payment disputes
If you see an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact support@mathlabinstitute.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can investigate. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of access until the matter is resolved.
